A Field Guide to Native Orchids of the Noosa Biosphere Reserve & the Sunshine, Cooloola and Fraser Coasts

This field guide is designed to assist in identifying the many native orchids one is likely to see in the Noosa Biosphere Region.  It contains 67 terrestrials, 33 epiphytes and lithophytes, and includes photographs and clear detailed descriptions of each orchid.  They are grouped alphabetically in colour-coded sections for the terrestrials and a section for epiphytes and lithophytes alphabetically, according to flower colour.  For various reasons these native orchids are rapidly decreasing in numbers and species.
